Support Groups

The Depression Support Coalition support group program offers weekly discussion & support group meetings at Easter Lutheran Church and Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. The groups provide peer-to-peer faith based support for those affected by depression and other related mental issues. The groups are led by trained facilitators. Family members are also welcome to attend.

Major depression is a medical illness that now affects more than 23 million adults each year. Depression affects our thoughts, feelings, mood, behavior, and physical health. Although devastating at times, depression is highly treatable.

Offering information, education, support, and spiritual hope to those affected by depression — as well as their families.
